Analysis of projects through the use of fire design standards, especially focusing to the new fire prevention code and the modern sustainable fire safety technologies.
FIRE RESISTANCE CERTIFICATIONS
Verification, analysis and certification of separating and bearing elements, existing and under construction, using tabular, analytical and fire engineering methods.
FIRE SAFETY ENGINEERING
Fire resistance analysis of structures, smoke flow simulation and evacuation verification. Complex verification of buildings unable to follow the fire design standards.
STATIC SUITABILITY CERTIFICATIONS
On-site verification, documentary research and analysis of structural projects meant to guarantee a certificate of the static suitability of buildings and structural elements.
EMERGENCY AND EVACUATION PLANS
Production of the emergency plans of specific workplaces, focused on the contexts analyzed. Organization of the drawing plans for the buildings and staff safety training management.
STRUCTURAL DESIGN
Design and structural calculation of ordinary and complex buildings in reinforced concrete, C. A. P. , steel and wood. Seismic reinforcement design of existing buildings.
Even in the most controlled contexts, the reliability of a good safety strategy cannot disregard the evaluation of the "Human Factor" among the possible causes of fire.

FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT
The INC takes care of all aspects of Fire Prevention from the initial fire risk assessment, in order to avoid damage to people (workers and rescuers) and company property.
THE DESIGN OF THE FIRE STRATEGY
On the basis of the assessment of the state of the art and the legislation applicable to the specific case, a fire-fighting strategy is developed which includes an effective and efficient ad hoc articulation of both prevention (affecting the probability of fire) and protection (affecting possible fire damage) measures.
ADJUSTMENTS AND RELATIONS WITH THE VVF COMMAND
The INC follows, where requested by the Customer, the design and the Supervision of Works of every adaptation necessary to the realisation of the planned fire-fighting strategy and guarantees the continuous comparison with the provincial Fire Brigade of competence, in every aspect, both technical and administrative, up to the inspection for the release of the CPI.
